Global Booking Rules
A single selling baseline for Zozo Travel products unless a product dossier, rate sheet, or written operator update says otherwise.

Booking Fees
Online booking can incur FareHarbor fees. Trade partners should treat these as channel-specific fees rather than changes to the wholesale schedule.

Cancellation Window
Confirmed bookings cancelled 24+ hours before departure are refunded minus booking or card fees. No refunds apply inside 24 hours of departure.

Operational Changes
Rescheduling is by request and availability. Zozo Travel reserves the right to alter itineraries where weather, supplier access, guest safety, or timing requires it.
